Freedom Forged Construction LLC is a veteran-owned and operated construction company serving residential and commercial clients. Our services may include custom home construction, luxury remodels, whole-home renovations, room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, commercial work, commercial facility maintenance, repairs, tenant improvements, facility upgrades, and related construction services.

3. ESTIMATES, QUOTES, AND CONSULTATIONS

Any estimate, quote, proposal, consultation, or project discussion provided by Freedom Forged Construction LLC is based on the information available at the time it is prepared.

Estimates and quotes are not final contracts unless expressly stated in writing. Pricing, timelines, materials, labor, and project scope may change based on additional information, site inspections, customer requests, unforeseen conditions, material price changes, code requirements, permitting requirements, or other factors.

A project is not considered approved, scheduled, or binding until Freedom Forged Construction LLC confirms acceptance and, when applicable, a written agreement, signed proposal, deposit, or other required approval has been completed.

4. PROJECT SCOPE AND WRITTEN AGREEMENTS

Specific project details, pricing, timelines, materials, payment schedules, warranties, and responsibilities may be set forth in a separate written agreement, estimate, invoice, proposal, change order, or contract.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement for a specific project, the written project agreement will control for that project.

5. PAYMENTS

Payment terms will be provided in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement.

You agree to pay all amounts due for services, labor, materials, equipment, permits, fees, and approved project changes. Late or missed payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, additional charges, cancellation, or collection actions where permitted by law.

Deposits, progress payments, final payments, and refund terms, if applicable, will be handled according to the applicable written agreement or invoice.

6. CHANGE ORDERS

Any change to the original scope of work may require a written change order, updated estimate, or written approval from both parties.

Changes may affect the project price, timeline, materials, labor, permits, inspections, and scheduling. Freedom Forged Construction LLC is not required to perform work outside the agreed project scope unless the change is approved.

7. SCHEDULING AND DELAYS

Freedom Forged Construction LLC makes reasonable efforts to meet scheduled project dates and timelines. However, construction schedules may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, labor availability, material availability, supply chain delays, permitting, inspections, utility delays, subcontractor availability, emergencies, customer-requested changes, hidden site conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Freedom Forged Construction LLC is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting us, requesting services, submitting forms, or approving work.

Depending on the project, you may be responsible for:

Providing access to the project location
Ensuring the work area is safe and reasonably accessible
Removing personal property or valuables from work areas
Securing pets or animals away from work areas
Obtaining approvals from property owners, landlords, homeowners associations, or other required parties
Reviewing estimates, proposals, invoices, plans, selections, and project details
Making timely decisions and payments
Communicating project concerns or requested changes promptly
Complying with applicable property rules, building rules, and legal requirements

9. PERMITS, CODES, AND INSPECTIONS

Construction projects may be subject to permits, inspections, building codes, zoning rules, homeowners association rules, landlord approvals, commercial property requirements, and other legal or regulatory requirements.

Responsibility for obtaining permits, approvals, or inspections will be determined by the applicable written agreement or by applicable law. Freedom Forged Construction LLC will make reasonable efforts to perform work in accordance with applicable requirements for the agreed scope of work.

10. SITE CONDITIONS

Existing or hidden conditions may affect project cost, scope, or timeline. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, structural issues, water damage, mold, rot, electrical problems, plumbing issues, code violations, soil conditions, framing issues, foundation issues, hazardous materials, pest damage, or previous defective work.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered, additional work, time, materials, inspections, or costs may be required.

11. MATERIALS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Materials, fixtures, finishes, equipment, and products may vary in availability, price, lead time, color, pattern, texture, and manufacturer specifications.

Freedom Forged Construction LLC is not responsible for manufacturer delays, discontinued products, supply shortages, backorders, shipping delays, or product variations outside our control.

12. COMMERCIAL FACILITY MAINTENANCE

Commercial facility maintenance services may include preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvements, facility upgrades, and ongoing service work for commercial properties, retail centers, offices, and multi-site portfolios.

Commercial maintenance services may be governed by a separate service agreement, maintenance contract, statement of work, or recurring service schedule. If applicable, that separate agreement will control the specific terms of the commercial maintenance relationship.

13. VETERAN DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Any veteran discounts, promotions, special offers, or advertised pricing are subject to availability, eligibility, project scope, verification, and written approval by Freedom Forged Construction LLC.

Promotions may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated in writing.
